Check out this link TxDOT Project Map for current road construction projects being managed by TxDOT.
My default district is "Dallas" but you can select a different district from the drop down list on the top.
Put the cursor on the blue square dot then click on "View Project Detail" link for more information about the construction project.
To see where the construction start and end on the map, click on "Show Project Location" link in the detail page. The Green dot indicate where the construction starts and the Red dot indicates where it ends.
