This is THE place for Bun Bo Hue (Vietnamese: Bún bò Huế) in the DFW. Bún bò Huế is a spicy noodle from central Viet Nam. Check out Wikipedia-Bún bò Huế if you're not familiar with this dish. I was a little skeptical when seeing so many good reviews for this place about Bún bò Huế. The reason is because the name of the restaurant is "Pho Tay Do". I guess Pho is more popular so using it as part of the restaurant name would attract more people. When we were there, almost everyone got Bún bò Huế. Since we didn't know if our son can handle the spicy, we ordered Pork chop dish also. The pork chop was not bad but not good as a dish. If they were using broken rice instead of the plain Jasmine rice, it would have been better.
