We were looking for a good bowl of Pho on the way to the
Fort Worth Botanical Gardens. This place has so many good reviews so we decided to give it a try. It was around noon time when we get there. The restaurant was packed with Pho lovers :-). First thought came to mind was it should be good. My wife got the usual special (Dac Biet) and I get the Tai. The Tai (steak meat) was quite good. The cut was double the thickness of normal Pho places. That was what I like. However, I was some what disappointed with the Pho soup. The soup is a little on the sweet side and I think it had too much of the star anise/cinnamon. It wasn't that bad either. I did finish all the soup so I would say it was OK. They only have 2 sizes, large and X-Large. The X-largest one was I think $6.99. Not bad for a giant bowl of Pho.
Other dishes did look good so you may want to have a try.
With that said, we will probably look for another place the next time we heading in that direction.
