Yum Yum BBQ. This BBQ place has the best rub for the ribs. It's kind of peppery but not too salty. To me it's just right. For this location, the ribs are not as juicy as the one down there in New Braunfels, TX. New Braunfels location has the best baby back ribs. For the north Dallas area, this is still the best for ribs. We also tried their smoked turkey and sausage but it is not as good as Dickey's on the north-east corner of 121 and Custer. The Turkey is on the dry side and the sausage skin is a little too thick.
