Trinity River Run (Fort Worth, TX)

We took this trip when they had the FREE ride for fathers on Father's day. The outside temperature for that day was 100+ F. It was really hot on the train and the fans they have on the cars did not help much. We didn't even feel the wind coming from the fans. BTW, We booked the open air class. You may want to opt for the air conditioned class if it's hot. I would expect it to be more pleasant when it's cooler. Nothing is really excited for adults. The kids had a bast riding the train. The name for this trip is "Trinity River Run" but don't expect it to run along the Trinity River. You only cross it maybe twice. You would see more of trees, houses and some really ugly buildings along the way. They really need to do something about the view. We did however had a good view of Fort Worth and the Trinity River at one spot. Also, this train depart from the Stockyard Station and run for 30 minutes and come back on the same tracks.
