Pho Saigon Express (Escondido, CA)

Even though this is a Pho restaurant, their Pho is just OK. It's quite acceptable but I wouldn't call it good. I was surprised to find out that their broken rice and other dishes were pretty good. The service was great and the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The price was not bad as well. We dined 2 times during our 1 week stay in the city. We'll definitely come back the next time we are in the city.
