We had dinner here once during our 1 week trip in San Diego, CA. My wife found this place on Yelp with 4-star rating. We had spicy miso ramen, Fried rice and a bunch of skewers. The ramen and fried rice was just ok. The skewers were on the skimmy side for the price and did not taste up to Asian standard. The quail eggs were especially bad. I never knew quail eggs could have a bad egg taste.
