We went there for lunch the other day. We ordered 2 bowls of Pho. 1 Pho Legacy Special and 1 Pho Tai. The broth was just OK but the Tai meat was exceptionally tender. It is the best Tai meat in a bowl of Pho that I have ever eaten in the US.
This place does not skim on noodle. The Large bowl has a lot of rice noodle in it (boudle than what I normally get from other shops) and the extra large one ($8) was huge reminding us of the noddle shops in Toronto.
